Hotel Policy

 

  1. The hotel night lasts from 16:00 to 11:00 the next day.

  2. Requests to extend the stay should be made by the Guest by 9:00 a.m. of the day on which the rental period expires. The staff will accommodate requests depending on the occupancy for the day.

  3. In the Apartment it is obligatory to keep quiet at night from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.

  4. The owner of the apartments "MojeMiędzyzdroje" gives the Guest the use of the entire apartment together with furniture and equipment and undertakes to provide conditions for full and unrestricted rest of the Guest.

  5. Each time leaving the Apartment, the Guest should check the closing of the door, turn off the TV, turn off the light, close the taps of the water supply system. The Guest bears material responsibility for any kind of damage and destruction of items of equipment and technical devices of the apartment*.
    -For damages caused by his fault or the fault of his visitors. The owner of the Apartments will charge the landlord:    - For destruction of bedding and hotel linen, the amount of 300.00 PLN
    - For devastation of the Apartament, the amount equivalent to the price of renting the Apartament for the period of exclusion plus the cost of bringing the Apartament to working order.
    *In case of finding damage and destruction in the apartment, the Guest is obliged to immediately notify the staff. In such a case, the Guest will not be charged for the repair, and the defect will be removed in the shortest possible time.

  6. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Guest will be charged 1000 PLN for failure to comply with the smoking ban.

  7. Guest agrees to use the apartment for residential purposes only - it is prohibited to organize events in the apartment.

  8. Security of possible claims of "MojeMiedzyzdroje" resulting from possible destruction of the apartment and/or its equipment can be realized by unreturned stay deposit, which the Guest is obliged to pay by bank transfer before arrival. If the amount
    of damage exceeds the amount of the collected deposit, the company has the right to bill the Guest for payment up to 7 days.

  9. "MojeMiędzyzdroje" is not responsible for personal belongings and valuables of the Guest left or stolen from the apartment
    in case of burglary.

  10. If items belonging to the Guest are found in the apartment, left after the Guest's departure, they may, at the Guest's express request, be sent back to the address indicated. The Guest will be charged for shipping costs.

  11. It is forbidden to bring any animals into the apartment without prior arrangement with the staff, under penalty of forfeiture
    of the deposit.

  12. For the loss of a set of keys to the apartment (with readers), the guest is charged a fee in the amount of 400 PLN.

  13. At the end of your stay, please leave the kitchenette in the same condition as it was found (washed dishes, clean fridge without leftovers, removed trash).
